At MileOne, we take care of the communities in which we live and work. We are excited to introduce our Chief Giving Officer, Amanda Kodeck. With Amanda's help and expertise, we aim to offer vital resources and support to our local communities. See what Amanda and her team are doing on behalf of MileOne. 

Hi, I’m Amanda Kodeck, Chief Giving Officer at MileOne. I’ve worked in the non-profit world for over 25 years and joined the team in 2021 to lead MileOneCares, our corporate giving program that we launched last year. Our team is dedicated to creating meaningful partnerships with those who are making lives better. We hope this newsletter will be a useful resource for you to learn more about MileOneCares, the types of nonprofits we partner with, and just how easy it is to apply for funding.

MileOneCares has had an exciting and impactful first half of 2023. We’ve distributed over 400 car seats to families in need and educated over 600 high school students on the dangers of distracted driving. Additionally, we have supported nonprofits who are strengthening our communities and providing access to safe transportation. Since we launched MileOneCares, we’ve donated 1.7 million dollars to the communities where we work and live. Our commitment to providing access to safe transportation remains steadfast as we celebrate Child Passenger Safety Month by hosting car seat events throughout September. We continue to fund non-profits who are in need of vehicles through our matching grant program as well as organizations who are assisting in eliminating barriers to transportation.
