Like most minivans, the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica is designed more for family comfort than race car quality performance. Yet there’s still a surprising amount of power in under this van’s hood thanks to a 3.6-liter V6 engine that is more than capable of moving the van when it’s fully loaded down. It produces 287 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft of torque, giving you an athletic and fun driving experience when you’re behind the wheel alone. The extensive cargo space of over 140 cubic feet can help you haul antique furniture, home improvement materials, sports equipment, and more. Upgrading to a higher trim level adds invaluable features like in-cabin cameras to keep your eye on rear passengers. There are three gas-based trim levels (Touring, Touring L, and Limited) and two plug-in hybrid options (Select and Pinnacle). The hybrid vehicles are slightly less powerful than their gas counterparts, but the tradeoff in improved fuel efficiency may make it worth it for many drivers.
